Your insurance company may claim that if you choose a shop outside of their network, you would be responsible for any additional fees or overages, THIS IS A FALSE AND MISLEADING CLAIM.

Know your rights: Coverages for Collision

The above states that the insured has the OBLIGATION TO COVER ANY AND ALL COSTS PERTAINING YOUR LOSS.

 

 

ESTIMATES: 

We are required to provide you with a written estimate unless;

  • You decline the offer of an estimate
  • You specifically authorize a maximum amount that you will pay for repairs
  • The cost for the repairs does not exceed the maximum amount authorized with out consent,

WE DO NOT CHARGE ESTIMATE FEE.

LABOUR RATES 2025:

Labour rates are:

  • CERTIFIED OEM RATES 120.00/HR
  • NON CERTIFIED RATES 95.00/HR
  • EXOTIC 210.00/HR
  • MECHANICAL 189.00/HOUR OR AS POSTED BY DEALER
  • MATERIALS 78.00/HR
  • SHOP MATERIALS 7.40/HR
  • TEAR DOWN BASED ON TIME PERFORMED MINIMUM 4HRS CHARGE

COMMISSIONS:

We DO NOT PAY our repairers or people who work on their behalf a commission on parts sold.

CHARGES FOR OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES THAT MAY BE CHARGED:

  • Storage of vehicles 120/day or as agreed with partnered vendors.
  • Total loss admin fees 650.00
  • Non-drive fee 210.00
  • Markup on all sublets of 20%
  • Pre and Post Scanning 189.00/HR (1hr per scan)
  • Transport Fees based on final destination cost
  • Restocking Charges 30% or posted dealer notice

PARTS:

Parts removed from your vehicle will be available to you after the work and repairs are completed.

Please let us know AT THE TIME of authorization of work and repairs if you want the parts returned to you.

Any parts that must be returned to the manufacturer or distributor under warranty/cores cannot be returned.

Any parts that we provided to you free of charge and for which we worked on free of charge will not be returned.
